Aqua Natural Delta Sand 20lb Substrate for aquascaping, Aquariums, vivariums and terrariums

I replaced the white gravel in my 125 gallon tank with this sand. I used 3 20lb bags and it covered the bottom but I might order 1 more to make it a little deeper.Overall I am very impressed with it. I n have used sand before but it was always very fine sand. This sand is heavier and more gritty then traditional sand. I liked it much better. It doesn’t get disturbed as easy as fine sand. It also can be lightly gravel vacuumed without sucking up the sand.The color is excellent. It’s a darkish brown color overall but when you look closer at it you see all kind of shades of browns, blacks, whites and more. Looks more like micro gravel than plain sand.Highly recommend.Make sure you rinse it well it produced a lot of dust.
