ALL ORGANISMS WERE DEAD, just removed the webs on the leaves just in case.At some point between transport and packaging some spiders and beetles ended up trapped in the packaging I got. The Spiders lived long enough to make Spiderwebs all over the ends of the leave and a few webs in the leaves. My first worry was that it was Fungi, but luckily just plain Spider web under closer inspection.I didn’t look at the beetle closely, but the Spiders looked to be a rather common house spider that avoids people and isn’t too dangerous.Anyway, Lots of Leaves, and No Fish Deaths. Hurray. Even had a Betta get sick with Severe Pineconing Dropsy recover while using the leaves. Been using the leaves for the past 2-3 months without issues. Haven’t dared put them in the axie tank yet, but they haven’t harmed any of the scuds, snails, or blackworms.//I did place the leaves in the freezer for a week before use, JUST IN CASE.//
