Bella Vista Restaurant, Staines

We are a small, independent, family run restaurant and have had Nick looking after all our cleaning & healthcare supplies for a number of years. He has become an integral part of the running of the restaurant as we rely on him entirely to ensure that we have all the cleaning equipment and products we need to run a clean kitchen which conforms to hygiene regulations. 

Chemex are always happy to advise us as to best practice with all his products, demonstrating great patience and is always on call should we need emergency supplies. We are also very happy with the products Chemex supplies as they all do 'exactly what it says on the tin' so to speak. All in all an excellent partnership!

Bluebells Restaurant and Garden Bar 

Bluebells Restaurant offers a relaxed yet formal approach to dining. Many of Bluebells staff have worked in Michelin and 5 star establishments and this is shown when you first walk in. A warm smile and a friendly greeting is what to expect when you arrive.

I used Chemex a while ago in my old restaurant in Seven Oaks. When I moved here we used another company but found that they weren’t as good as Chemex. When looking for a cleaning and hygiene product supplier the quality of the product is the most important factor, followed by the price. However, in the past when we have opted for the cheap alternatives we have found that we are using three times as much product to do the job.

Chemex offers us a right balance for quality and price as the cost in use of the product is very reasonable. Chemex delivers to us weekly but is more than happy to drop by in an emergency, ensuring that we never run short of the essentials. Chemex also provide my staff with COSHH training for the products that we use. The service is brilliant.

 Whitegates Nursing Home 

 
Nick Coleman of Chemex works with White Gates Nursing Home, which is a privately owned purpose-built nursing home for the elderly to help them with their cleaning and hygiene needs. The home is set in beautifully landscaped gardens with paved walkways and a large patio with seating that can be enjoyed in finer weather. Chemex’s work with the home has been highly commended and here is what the head housekeeper Barbara Bennett has to say about him:

Nick is an absolute dream and wonderful to work with, nothing is too much trouble. We have been working with Chemex for four and a half years and the level of service has been consistently good, I would not ever consider using anybody else for our cleaning and hygiene needs.

 Royal Ascot Golf Club 

Royal Ascot Golf Club founded in 1887 was in the centre of Royal Ascot Racecourse for 117 Years surrounded by Ascot Heath. Due to the expansion of Royal Ascot Race Course a New Golf Course & Clubhouse started construction in January 2004 approximately 1/2 mile from the Old Course & within the confines of Windsor Forest.
 
Chemex have been working with us since we moved to this location three years ago and there hasn’t been a reason to look elsewhere. At the club, we need many different things as there are different aspects to our operations.

Chemex are always willing to help if we have a problem with anything. When running a busy golf club it is great to have a supplier who offers us a one-stop shop. The quality of products is good and Chemex delivers on a fortnightly basis.

Over the years, Chemex has developed a good working relationship with the staff and they currently supply all the dishwasher products, and a whole range for the rest of the kitchen. If we ever run short, we just call Chemex and he is more than happy to drop some additional product off.
