CLEANERS AND SANITISERS

OPTIMUM C: Fast, effective, bactericidal heavy duty grease and soiling remover for food handling areas. Highly effective on filters and deep fat fryers

FOOD SAFE SLIP: Aerosol lubricant that is non-tainting and is ideal for assisting in the smooth operation of all types of mechanical equipment used in food processing. Produces a slick, stick free surface which will shed residues of glue, ink, and paint.

POWERKLEEN: Bactericidal floor and wall cleaner for the effective removal of grease and grime. Highly efficient on tiled and Altro floors.

DB100: Multi-purpose mildly alkaline hard surface cleaner that removes many stubborn soils and stains, including grease, oil and ink. It also safely cleans metal, plastic, fabric and rubber surfaces, as well as being highly economic.

CPO: General-purpose detergent powder. Mildly alkaline detergent powder containing a high proportion of water conditioning agents and biodegradable detergents. Suitable for a large range of cleaning operations including vehicles, floors, laundry, dish washing and soak tank applications. Excellent capacity for emulsification of grease and oil from many surfaces and can be used even in the hardest of water.

SMOKECLEAN: The chef's favourite. Fast acting, low vapour, highly effective degreaser and decarboniser for ovens, barbecues and any areas with baked on grease.

BACTERIA X: Enables surfaces and implements to be sanitised after normal washing down. Non-tainting, antistatic and fully water soluble, it can be used for actual cleaning down as well as for sanitation when soiling is not too heavy or greasy.

DESCALE: Non tainting, highly concentrated acid descaler for kettles, dishwashers, boilers etc. Carefully designed formulation with corrosion inhibitors to achieve maximum descaling with minimum metal attack.

DESTAINER: Safe, fast-acting stain removing agent for the catering and food processing industry. As it is highly concentrated it can be safely used again and again. Destroys germs and bacteria and is excellent on formica and stainless steel.

PIPE CLEAN: For the professional publican, formulated to ensure that optimum conditions are maintained in beer pumps and lines after cleaning. Not only cleans pumps and lines without brushing, but leaves them bacteria free after rinsing with no “after taste”

PURPLE BEER LINE CLEANER: Beer pump and line cleaner for the professional publican to ensure that optimum conditions are maintained in beer pumps and lines after cleaning. SPRITE: High quality non-scratchpleasantly perfumed scouring cream that contains special additives to lift dirt,remove stains, and leave surfaces really clean.

SAFEX: Food safe lubricant and high gloss stainless steel polish. Odourless, colourless and non-toxic, this high performance lubricant and sealant for food plants works in temperatures from sub-zero to 130ºC. In humid temperatures, water, steam and under heavy pressures, it will cling and not degrade.

GREASE-ZYME: Powdered non-hazardous product based on micro-organisms, enzymes and nutrients to liquefy and digest grease, cellulose, starch, surfactants, etc. Rapid and in-depth action that provides fast start-up of grease traps and allows them to work more efficiently. Maintains clean and free flowing lines.

CHLORINE TABLETS: When dissolved in water, the tablets give a measured dose of available chlorine which can be used for the disinfection of equipment, work surfaces, plant etc. in the hospital, medical, hotel, catering and local authority industries.

PROBE WIPES: Chemically impregnated wipes for sterilising temperature probes. Easy to use and time saving, these are convenient to use across a variety of different applications.

DISHWASH – GLASSWASH - POTWASH

MACHINE WASH: Highly effective automatic detergent concentrate for dishwashers and glass washers in hard and soft water areas.

ULTRA CLEAN H: Super concentrated commercial dishwasher detergent with added softeners, making it ideal for use in hard water areas. Suitable for all industrial automatic dishwashers, highly economical with proven performance on heavily soiled crockery. Formulated to minimise limescale build-up and protect machine.

ULTRACLEAN TANNEX:Highly concentrated commercial dishwasher detergent/whitener for use in hard or soft water areas. Removes dried on food residues from crockery and pans, as well as removing tannin and lipstick marks from tea and coffee cups.

AL-SAFE: Automatic pan wash detergent that eliminates discolouration. Recommended for aluminium pans and utensils (also suitable for glassware). Can be used in hard or soft water areas.

GLASS WASH DETERGENT: Cost-effective, low foam glass wash detergent for automatic machines.Odourless and tasteless, it is suitable for hard or soft water areas.

GLASS WASH PREMIER: Low foam, highly concentrated glass wash detergent for automatic machines. Odourless and tasteless, it is suitable for hard or soft water areas and leaves glassware sparkling clean.

RE-SHINE: Glass restorer for glass wash machines. Low foaming speciality detergent for both manual and automatic dosing for maximum convenience. Removes protein residues, bloom and tannin stains from drinking glasses and cups to give them that shine and sparkle. Also sanitises both the glasses and the glass wash machine.

RINSE AID: Rinse additive that is effective in both dishwashers and glass washers. Completely safe on glassware, dishware and plastics and is non-corrosive to machine parts.
