Water Treatment Systems

It is no longer acceptable to pour harsh caustic chemicals or acids down the drain to clear fat, oil and grease build up or blockage. The Chemex DMS provides accurate automatic dosing of environmentally friendly enzymes that naturally prevent the build up of FOGs.

Drainage outlets in areas where food preparation is taking place should have a means of preventing FOG build up which can lead to blockages and odour problems. The system can be installed directly into the drain outlet, grease traps or pumping stations.
