I like the fact that my staff has good quality products automatically diluted through Chemex systems eliminating the possibility of over dilution and making the cleaning side of their job safer and more efficient.

On their regular visits, Chemex make sure my stock levels are correct, make sure all my trigger sprays are working and are correctly labeled. This leaves me to get on with looking after my customers. In the rare event of a shortage for whatever reason, Chemex are there the same day if I request it.

1) Challenges/difficulties we faced were getting the right cleaning materials to do the job and the stock control

2) Chemex take time to demonstrate their products and ensure we have the right products to do our cleaning. We do not need to check stock as this is done for us, which in turn leaves our staff to do their duties caring for the residents.

3) Chemex installed a dilution system for the cleaning products and a dosing system for the Laundry which takes away manual dilution and filling the laundry machine this saves time and money

4) Not had EHO visit but had home inspection again inspectors were more than happy with the systems in place

5) Yes we have had previous suppliers some that you had to ring and place minimum orders and these were dropped off on the doorstep others through the internet, again Chemex call and check the stock and leave what we require for between visits, there are no minimum orders and they put the stock away for us.

1) Challenges/difficulties are Stock control and stock ordering
2) Stock is now controlled by Chemex we have no ordering to do. Stock levels are checked and topped up. Staff allowed to concentrate more on the running of the restaurant and bar

3) We like using Chemex because the products are very good and are auto diluted so staff do not need to manually dilute saving time and money. Excellent service and always react promptly to our needs.

4) EHO was invited recently and was happy with the systems in place and the information charts provided by Chemex.

5) Other suppliers used orders had to be phoned in then the products were delivered and staff had to put away. No minimum orders with Chemex

1) Our main problem was under estimating our orders and running out of products and also over ordering some products on occasions which was not cost effective

2) Chemex arrive every 2 weeks check and replenish our stock. They take time to check everything is ok and if we have any problems. We have nothing to worry about on the ordering so our staff can concentrate on the business of serving food and drink

3) The products are excellent and very economical in use due to the dilution system they supplied.

4) No EHO visit for a long time

5) Yes we have had previous suppliers, but we prefer Chemex because of the way they manage our stock and on the very few occasions we have run out of something they have responded very quickly. Excellent service
