Here at Ceris Newydd we have been using Chemex for all our cleaning and janitorial provisions since January 1999.

Bill takes care of the Kitchen, Housekeeping and Laundry. The quality of products is far superior to the previous supply and they are tailored specifically to the Health care industry.

These range from hand soap, hard surface cleaners, waste digesters and laundry products all of which are bactericidal and a benefit to the perennial MRSA that we all have to deal with.

He has also provided the completely refurbished home with quality, free dispensing equipment, fitted by himself. He has initiated a Hygiene control programme for the kitchen and provided personalised COSHH manuals.

He also provides free COSHH training and certification which our sister home Fairways speak highly of.

Finally as Bill is a small local business we feel that we get a highly personal service which I believe it would be hard to beat anywhere.

We challenged bill to give us a liquid dishwasher detergent alternative to the powder system we are using. Although it works well the delivery service from this supplier was not what we expected.

Although we have tried liquids before we were never very pleased with the results.

Bill has come up trumps in terms of quality, service and price.

Chemex North Wales have a fully stocked vehicle showroom and offer free delivery to their customers. Additionally they operate a smaller service vehicle for urgent orders when stocks run low.
