You could of course just pick up the phone and ask to speak to Andy Staveley on 0121 565 6300. After an initial discussion we will send you further details by post or by email and invite you to talk to some of our franchisees.

At this stage you are gathering information. We understand that. Once you have spoken to our franchisees we will invite you to our head office in Smethwick near Birmingham. We will then provide you with specific details relating to the business and the territory that you are interested in. We will cover every aspect of the franchise, its costs, projections and details of any agreements that you would be expected to sign. The information we give you to take away will be invaluable in your evaluation of Chemex.

Once you have paid us a visit we will arrange for you to spend a day with one of our franchisees. You will Sample Imageexperience the working day of a franchisee in the field. This will help you to decide whether or not a Chemex franchise is for you.

During each step of your evaluation of Chemex you will have been provided with useful and informative information. Prior to any payment from you to secure a territory, Chemex will expect to see a business plan ( we will help you with this ) and you will be invited back to our head office for an interview with the company directors. This is our chance to look at you.

Assuming we both decide to progress we will then organise your induction course which covers the range of Chemex products, quotations for customers and the Chemex system. You will also learn how to manage your business and keep accurate records and accounts. You will develop your marketing and sales skills and at the end of the induction course, you need to be confident and proficient in delivering the basic Chemex customer service.

Your vehicle is liveried and equipped during your training period, so that from the moment your course ends you are fully operational and ready to carry out your first customer visits.
