Chemex International is expanding its overseas network following a surge in demand for its cleaning and hygiene products. Since it was formed 25 years ago West Midlands based Chemex has grown to become the leading supplier of cleaning and hygiene materials in Europe with operations in Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Cyprus and Malta, with a new master license recently set up in Canada. Now it is looking to strengthen its European arm by expanding into Germany, Holland, Portugal and Spain, and further afield in South Africa, South America and Australia. |

Without staff a franchise simply cannot grow and if the business doesn’t grow it has little future value to prospective buyers when the time comes for the franchisee to retire or move on to their next venture. Good personnel are essential to success but it is understandable that franchisees should approach employing staff with caution. |
